Free Aftercare Services
We offer the following services free of cost at any Lens & Frames store:

Re-adjusting and alignment of spectacles — frames shift over time; we'll set them right

Fixing loose ends — temple arms that wobble or feel unstable

Nose pad replacement — worn or missing nose pads replaced on the spot

Tips replacement — the small but important rubber tips on your temples

Minor adjustments and repairs — general fixes to keep your glasses comfortable and functional

Consultation — not sure what's wrong? Just bring them in and we'll take a look
You Don't Have to Be a Lens & Frames Customer
These services are available to everyone — even if you purchased your spectacles elsewhere. If your glasses need attention, just walk into your nearest Lens & Frames store and we'll do our best to help.
When Something More Serious Comes Up
If you notice the lens coating peeling, a frame that repeatedly goes out of shape, or a fit that never seems right no matter the adjustments, don't put up with it. Come in and speak to us. We'll assess the issue honestly and advise on the best course of action — whether that's a repair, a replacement, or simply a professional re-fit.
Good eyewear should be comfortable from morning to night. If yours isn't, let's fix that.
